Adidas Team Adi Hoody

30th November 2007

Adidas Team Adi Hoody Can you really go wrong with any of the ‘Adidas Originals’ range? Well, quite frankly, you can but on the whole, you can’t. This hoody is no exception. Also comes in a sky blue but I prefer this brown one. Love the button collar thingy at the top and the ‘Team Adidas’ badge is pretty sweet too. If Santa doesn’t put this in my stocking then I’m kidnapping an elf.

This Adidas Team Adi Hoody is £60 and shipping is £5 but if you spend £75 or more then shipping is FREE so just bung on another tshirt to your order.

Fenchurch Bryant 2 Jumper

29th November 2007

Fenchurch Bryant 2 Jumper Following on from yestersay, here’s another simple jumper. Bright colours but it’s a simple design, nothing complicated and no crappy slogan or overbearing logo, just a few colours organised within a few stripes. I think I’d prefer the back to be the same as the front but no big deal, I’ll still add it to my list for Santa. Most of the time simple is best.

This Fenchurch Bryant 2 jumper is £35 and shipping is £3.

Grey Tommy Hilfiger Jumper

28th November 2007

Grey Tommy Hilfiger Jumper Nice simple jumper this. Understated at the front with all the detail on the arms. If there’s a secret part of you that likes those argyle pattern jumpers that golfers wore in the 1930′s but can’t quite bring yourself to actually wear one, then I think this is the best thing to satisfy your cravings in public. Business at the front, party on the arms.

This grey Tommy Hilfiger jumper is £60 and shipping is FREE if you spend over 25 quid, so basically, you’re laughing my son.

Adidas ‘Lady’ Hooded Top

27th November 2007

Adidas Hooded 'Lady' Sweatshirt I don’t know what it is but stick a late 70′s/early 80′s girl looking sultry and sporty on an item of clothing and I’ll flock to it like a drunk to a kebab house. This top is nothing that special if you think about it, just a photo slapped onto a pretty ordinary black hooded top but I still want it. Infact, I want Adidas to dig through their whole early 80′s photo shoot negatives and slap them all on a variety of tops and tshirts. My wardrobe would become very one dimensional and I’d be skint….but it’s what I want alright!

This tasty piece of hoodie is £55 and the shipping is £5, although if you get 2 items or more then shipping is on the house. BUY

Milan Clothing is a great clothing site for your more upmarket, designer gear. Great selection of stuff from limited editions, casual, smart, underwear and more. Some stuff touches on the poncy and the ridiculously expensive but there’s plenty of other non-poncy gear that’s worth a look.

Design Your Own Nike ID Trainers

26th November 2007

Design Your Own Nike ID Trainers Nike have got a wicked little tool on their site, you can design your own trainers. There’s a good choice of trainers to start with and then you get into the tool itself which gives you a wide range of options for you to customise; trainer colour, stiching, swoosh, laces, inside, trim and more.

I tried to do one in the SmartGeezer colours. I prefer the velcro trainers but they didn’t have Yellow as a colour option so I went with these Ronaldinho trainers. Check out the tongue, you can personalise your trainers. Unfortunately only 8 characters are available so I could only write ‘SMARTGZR’, but you get the idea.

Costs vary depending on what trainers you want but the prices are only about £5 more than the regular trainers and the shipping is £6.50.

Buy Nothing Day

23rd November 2007

Buy Nothing Day Saturday 24th November is international ‘Buy Nothing Day’. Why the 24th? Buy Nothing Day in the US is the day after Thanksgiving, which is the last Thursday of November, and is the busiest shopping day of the year over there. This year the 23rd is the day after Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving doesn’t mean much to the rest of us so having it on the following Saturday is a bit strange to me, why not have it on Boxing Day over here?

Anyway, I think it’s a good idea. The hippy, put-tin-foil-on-your-head conspiracy stuff about corporations taking over the world is a stretch for me but I like the idea of highlighting one day to not shop or consume. I mean, I don’t shop everyday, so it’s not going to be hardwork for me but the fact it raises awareness about excessive consumption and becoming too focused on material possessions is a good thing.

Like Remembrance Sunday, take a moment to think about things, then on the stroke of midnight hit the internet with your credit card like the apocalypse is coming and prices have been slashed for the last time!

Gio Goi Lie TShirt

12th November 2007

Gio Goi Lie TShirt

I like this tshirt. Plain and simple, nothing else, although I think I’m going through a brown tshirt appreciation phase. I have no idea who ‘Charlie’ is and why you shouldn’t believe him. I suspect the sentence is meaningless and is only there so you can read the ‘hidden’ phrase of ‘Don’t Lie Lie’, which sounds like a pop song from the 80′s.

Who says tshirts have to make sense?

This tshirt is going to set you back £25 and shipping is £4.
