6th September 2010 - Customized Shirts Two DIY shirt design site reviews coming up, the first of which is

The design process is fairly straight forward with the shirt your designing pictured on the left and all the options on the right, with a step-by-step guide on top so you know where you are.

There’s 3 basic shirt choices; bespoke, fashion and tuxedo. Once you choose your base there’s plenty of pattern, style and colour variations to go crazy with.

However! You can go a little too crazy! It’s best to keep designs simple, so if you’re design-deficient and maybe a little colour blind then there’s the Shirt Gallery which highlights shirts made by other, more skilled shirt designers. Another good idea is to find a shirt you like online and try to recreate that.

Having said that, of course I went and designed my own shirt! How it turns out, I’ll let you know in another post when I receive it.

Check out their introductory video to find out more and get the guided tour.

The design process was easy, the measurement process was very simple with only a collar size, weight and height required and then the usual address and payment info. So it may seem a bit daunting at first but it’s actually quite fun and how often do you get to be creative with your own shirt?!

Prices start at £49 increasing depending on extra add-ons and shirt materials. Shipping is FREE.
